Where to Find Eleyo This Winter & Spring

Come see Eleyo at some of the largest out of school time and enrichment conferences in the country! We’ll have trail mix and will be showing off a new booth this year. We always enjoy the opportunity to learn from programs around the country what is working and what is new. Here’s where you can find Eleyo:

Beyond School Hours National Education Conference – February 20 – 23 in Atlanta, GA: 2,000 attendees, over 200 workshops and keynote speakers. Eleyo will be running two workshops:

  • Workshop 1: Thursday, February 21st from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. in Room Spring is “Accurate Reporting: The Right Information to Tell Your Program’s Success Story.”
  • Workshop 7: Friday, February 22nd from 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. in Room Embassy C is “The 24/7 Parent: Making Child Care Registration Easy for the Modern-Day Family.”

National Afterschool Association (NAA) Annual Convention – March 15 – 18 in New York, NY: 2,000 attendees, 170+ workshops, 100+ exhibitors. Eleyo will be sponsoring an educational session “BEAT TURNOVER: Afterschool Leader Must-Knows.”

Arizona Community Education Association (AzCEA) National Conference – April 5 – 6 in Phoenix, AZ: This conference will have 500 attendees and will cover an array of topics including: technology, leadership styles, afterschool enrichment, youth development, facility rentals, marketing/communications, accounting practices, customer service and much more! Eleyo will be sponsoring part of the awards ceremony.

Best Out of School Time Conference (BOOST) – April 30 – May 3 in Palm Springs, CA: 2,500 attendees, 150+ workshops, 100+ exhibitors. Eleyo will be hosting the following events:

  • Workshop/Exhibitor showcase: “Faster Invoicing, Accurate Reporting, and Modern-Day Registration: The Eleyo Way” on Thursday, May 2nd from 1:15 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Camp Inspire stations: “Program Inspiration: A Place for Leaders to Brainstorm Ideas” on Wednesday, May 1st from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. and Thursday, May 2nd from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.
